Ren adopts its name from its Chinese language counterpart 人 – meaning “people."
A symbol of community and the beauty of human connection, Ren was founded with the intention of bringing people together through Asian culture, art, and the simple goodness of quality matcha.
Ren was founded by Christina and Jenny, proud first-generation Chinese-American women and longtime friends who both share a love for premium matcha.
The duo can often be found behind the counter at Ren pop-up cafes, excited to share their story and craft while connecting with new and familiar faces.
